I don't know for sure if this is the rite thread for the job. Please move me if I'm wrong I couldn't seem to find a more suitable thread.

I have a rear bumper cover for an 89' Mustang, and has the usual wear (yellow is showing)on each corner. Now,the question is there a flex primer out of a rattle can I can use for the time being? Also is there a filler of some sort to use on the deep gouges that are here and there?

any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated.

Is it the flat black bumper trim or is it painted the color of the car?
If it's the flat black you can get it to look pretty good with a rattle can. Just make sure to tape off all the cars actual paint.
Not sure exactly which can or color, but i know i did it years ago using paint from pep boys.
