I got really tired of looking at my peeling paintjob (peeling off the fenders, roof, hatch, etc) and i always liked the look of primer black. Well, not the best job in the world as it was done at night with 0 visibilty (yes. i am a dumbass) but it turned out pretty good. I stopped and snapped a few pics on the way out this morning. Yes i know i have fishtank in my headlight, im working on gettin some smoked 6pcs. Also need to take the mirrors and the top molding off and paint it this weekend as well.

The primer is cool for a short while, and then you start missing the monthly wax jobs and going to the car wash for a good detail. Plus primer chalks over and really starts to look like crap. With the smoked healights its should look mean.

Im reppin primer right now.

Bringin back primer? It never left man! I've been representin the poor man's paint job for like 2 years now  Enjoy it while it lasts though, it won't be long until it's peeling and faded :(

Primer job looks good actually. But ever thought about doing it yourself, I mean actual paint? Doesn't cost much compared to a shop.
Air compressor ~$250-300
Decent Gun ~$150
And then paint and some other misc supplies (tape, filters, measuring cups) ~$200-300.
Sweep/blow out the garage, water the floor to keep overspray and dust down and your set.

Primer is good if you don't have the money. I totally agree with that. Although paint is def my favorite, as with most people haha. I love waxing a nice shiny car that blinds you when the sun shines on it
