Brother's SpeedCal?

I had one installed when i got my gears done a couple years ago, and am wondering if anyone has experience using one?

I am about to change my tire size and was wondering if i could change the settings myself to adjust for the tire difference?
- Im going from 245/45/17 to 245/40/17
I havent even removed the panel where the speedcal is hidden under... but i would like to know in advance if its something i could do myself?

Any help would be appreciated...

Recently I heard that Brothers Performance got a bad batch
of Speedcal's and customers were getting issues with them and
returning them.I would avoid the whole thing and get a Dallas Mustang
Speedcal instead and have peace of mind.I know the guy that makes
the Speedcal's for Dallas Mustang and he knows what he is doing plus
he designed them better.

well, ive had it for 2 years now and no problems so i dont see the need to buy something new for something that is working just fine
