Bullit Calipers Paint or Get New Ones

If you want to keep the horse. get some masking tape and carefully tape the horse off. Might be a little tricky so you will have to take your time. Then paint the caliper and peel the tape off.
 
I'd mask the pony off and use a fine tipped knife (exacto) to cut around it. While you're at it, throw some paint on the caliper bracket. I just did mine 'cause that black was starting to fade and looked like a$$...

BTW, you will need to sand the current paint for whatever your new paint is to stick to. I personally used G2 from Tire Rack. If you look at the pic, the caliper is the original Bullitt paint and the bracket is the G2...VERY close match.
 
I wish I wouldve just left my Mach 1 calipers the way they where stock. The painting I did came out ok, but it started chipping pretty fast. I think I will just have to buy the 4 piston Brembo kit now instead:D , or remove them & get them powdercoated.
