It will with alot of modification and cash. Not worth the trouble .....damn good price though if your eatons knockin....

I'm putting together an Eaton conversion for my 01 GT. Tork Tech has a kit to do so, and there is a thread on it in 4.6 Tech. One of the guys on the forum negotiated a group rate with Tork Tech for the kits...go find the thread and PM him if you're interested. My Eaton just arrived today.
