Hey guys. Im piecing a Vortech kit togeather. I bought a V1 head unit for $325. Im going with a CXRacing FMIC:

cxracing.com: Front Mount Intercooler DIY Kit for Ford Mustang Turbo or Supercharger on Passenger Side

My question is, Im ordering this bypass valve (stock Vortech)
SuperchargersOnline.com :: Product: SCOL By-Pass Valve Assembly (Black, Universal Kit)

I know I need to mount it before the inlet on the intercooler. So Ill tap a hole into a pipe on the discharge side. I take one of the straight white fitting's and put that in the pipe right? What about the other side and the vacuum hose tee and the 90* white fitting?

Im really confused on this part. Thanks for any help guys.

with an IC i would upgrade to at least a vortech mini race BPV.

since you are building your own piping you can use a Tial 50MM and have a BOV vented to the atmosphere if you want to. just make sure the BOV is on the inlet side of the IC to prevent turbulance at the MAF. the MAF should be just before the TB and not in the fender.

heres a video someone got of my car at MW 09. that is a tail BOV
