Cam questions

The E303 will drop right in, it would be great to check your valve spring pressures if you have a lot of miles though. The gains on a stock motor will be very, very minimal if anything, swapping a cam right now isnt truly needed.

What do you currently have done?

The E303 will drop right in however if you are going in there, it may be a good time to replace your pushrods/lifters/timing chain. Also, I do feel like I should throw it out there that unless your main goal is the lopey idle, that there are many other mods that will make the same if not more power on a stock motor than a cam for a lot less time wrenching.

Hold on to the cam until you put heads and intake on. Like Rick said you will gain almost nothing if not lose power. But it will sound good doing it.

Cant see him really loose power, but he wont get what the cam can provide as its potential until his heads/intake and throttle body is done.

Although this thread answered one of my questions lol, e303 can be put into stock block. :nice:
