Can't find door locks FS?

When I got my car repainted, I didn't install the old outside door locks because they were loose and would spider-crack the new paint. NOW I can't find anywhere that sells just the actual outside circular lock.

Anyone now of a company that sells them for our cars so I don't have to go to ford and pay $349 a lock????
(j/k i don't even wanna know what ford wants though)
