Car hesitates and pops after cam install

I just got done putting my cam in xe270hr12 218/224 @ .050 .544/.544
112 lsa. The car started right up but when i rev it the motor hesitates really bad and it runs really rough. It also hesitates and pops when i drive it. After the car warms up it idles at 2k while the car is moving but not in gear. It feels majorly down on power and gives a little pull above 5k but nothing much. My timing is at 12* fuel pressure is at 42 psi vaccum on i still have 19lb injectors. Im thinking and hopeing i just need a chip and its a tuning issue. Anyone have similar problems???

heads, intake manifold, of course the cam and all the little bolt on bull****..... maf, pulleys, 1.7RR......

Yikes....does that cam have a .544 lift with the 1.7s or 1.6s?

.578 is your lift with those rockers. Can your valve springs handle that much lift? Did you check piston to valve clearance? Did you check your timing with the spout disconnected? Might be one of the before mentioned problems or maybe Plug wires out of order.

Just a couple ideas.

The lift on this cam with my 1.7's as im running right now is .544/.544. P/V clearence is fine id definately know by now if it wasnt. I set timing with the spout out its at 12*
