Car not turning over great

So I dropped my car off at the shop last week to have my Hawk Ceramic rear brakes installed and also have them change out the oil with my provided filter/oil.

Since I have gotten it back, the car will not turn over nicely. In the past, I turn the key and the car starts up right away, on the first turn. This morning was the worst. I turned the key, the car tried to turn over at least 3 times until it completely failed. I then turned the key again pressing the gas peddle and it turned over, but on the second try.

What could be the problem here? The car is a 2006 GT and has about 45k in miles, and once started runs great. I am thinking it MIGHT be the battery. How are the stock batteries on these cars? How long do they last? I don't have a multi meter handy so its not like can check the battery easily.

Any ideas/recommendations is greatly appreciated it.
