23 deg. Initial
33 deg. total all in by 2000rpm
Hard to start, stumbles off idle and pulling from stops and won't even hit rev limiter in neutral. Backfires out the exhaust a couple seconds after I kill it. And won't make power. I know the carb is too small but I'm just trying to get it to drive. If we cant get it figured out by 6/9/14 then I'll have my new carb and no worries.
