Catted X-pipe question

Im about get to get a magnaflow one and I was wondering do I need anything else when I buy this?
I know with the offroad version I need MILS and such but what about the catted one? will it just bolt right up and not need anything else for the installation?

If this is your 1st install, you might want to get a new metal gasket seal for the passenger side, if it needs one. You will also need extensions and swivels for your ratchet to reach the bolts on the passenger side. On an '03 nothing else is required. It bolts right up and the MILS and wiring do not need removal or extensions.
