Hey guys, I'm at my Aun'ts house now, on the way up the highway, everything was going nice and smooth, then I shifted from 2nd to 3rd, everything fine, then it felt like I had no clutch, and thats impossible for it to be shot, becaue I just put a brand new flywheel, clutch and pressure plate in a month ago, so I think I just need to adjust my clutch, and I know we have self-adjusting clutches. Its an '89 GT, I just forgot how to adjust it. If anyone sees this, can you please tell me how because I have work early tomorrow, and I want to go home tonight. Thanks, Jeff.

If you reach up under the dash and can see the factory quadrant, you'll see there's a ratcheting pawl on there. You have to release and hold the pawl so you can push the clutch pedal to the floor without putting tension on the cable. Once you get it pushed all the way down, you can release the pawl and let the pedal ratchet back up.
