Clutch help please

Here's the story..I replaced FMS clutch with a Spec 2 and at the same time put in a Ram billet steel flywheel...put everything back together and had noises in the bellhousing...dropped the tranny back down and saw where the pressure plate was hitting the bellhousing...clearanced the bellhousing with a grinder and reinstalled the tranny...now it hits in a different spot!! So I drop the tranny and put a stock flywheel back on (thinking the thicker Ram flywheel was moving the clutch back and causing the interferance) put it all back together and I'm still having noises!! I haven't dropped the tranny yet but I'm pretty sure its hitting the bellhousing again What am I doing wrong? Do I need a different bellhousing since I switched to different clutch or should it fit? If I need a new bellhousing..which one for a stock T5? Any help will be appreciated...I'm ready to shoot myself
