I am putting a King Cobra clutch in my car and I have a T-56 trans. Does anyone know the amount of travel the throwout bearing needs from free state to fully release the clutch?

I had a Zoom Kevlar clutch that I took out, and the overall height of the pressure plate on the King Cobra appears to be about 5/8" shorter than the Zoom. I am getting pretty close to the end of the bearing retainer and I will only have about .720" of travel forward with the thorwout bearing and the new clutch.

Does anyone know what the height dimensions of these pressure plates might be?

Thanks for the help! :nice:
