Clutch Question?

Hi everyone. I've got a 1966 mustang coupe i'm building. I'm droping in a 306 out of a 92 mustang GT (built) and going too keep the 4 spd Toploader behind it. I was wondering if i can put a diapham style cutch (86-93 10.5" unit) in it or what one i'd have too use? I want too use a Centerforce DF clutch. Do i have too modify the clutch fork arm (linkage style, bellhousing is a 6 bolt unit that was hooked too the toploader/289) or can i put a newer style fork arm and cable in with the old style bellhousing? And and all info you guys can give me would be of great help.

To use a cable clutch, I believe that you will need a 5.0 bellhousing. There might be some sort of adapter, I don't know, but the 5.0 bell is set up for the cable routing. You can use your z-bar linkage with a diaphragm clutch, but I don't know the ins and outs.
