For drag racing? Or road racing?

I'm afraid i'm of no help when it comes to road racing.

But for Drag racing, it really depends on the weight of your front end. Most 99+ GT's can get away with 150# or 175# springs. On my mach (with its DOHC) i use a 200# spring due to the fact that I drive it on the street everyday. I could probably drop to a 175#. Basically for drag racing you want the lightest spring you can get that'll still xfer the weight.
