Well we didn't show up to that last game anyway so I'll take 2nd. I remember telling my wife "Great we won by 3 points. Now we'll be ranked 4th or 5th." :nonono:

Revel in the rankings right now, you never know what is goign to happen. I mean afterall you only have 1 real challenge in the game @ LSU left until the SEC title game if you get there.

Don't underestimate Auburn. It makes their season to beat Bama. No biggie though. Loss #1 comes this Saturday.

For now, if Texas Tech blows out Okie State they could jump to 1. Afterall its not like Alabama looked that great against a descent LSU team, hell if LSU had half a QB they would have won.

Like I told COramprat... LSU's linemen didn't know this was a contact sport. Everytime someone loses a game it's because "Ol' so and so is at fault."

We made lots of mistakes. Our main lineman "Cody" just got back from an injury. He shouldn't have even been out there. We did better last week without him. He still needs a year of practice.

In all God's honesty both teams brought what they had, I can't help it if LSU's QB needs to lay off of the nachos and play for 4 quarters.

I agree. I think Florida is looking very good and so do my friends. :nice:

    Florida Gators

    8/30 Hawaii 1-0 (0-0) W 56-10
    9/06 Miami (FL) 2-0 (0-0) W 26-3
    9/20 @ Tennessee 3-0 (1-0) W 30-6
    9/27 Mississippi 3-1 (1-1) L 31-30
    10/04 @ Arkansas 4-1 (2-1) W 38-7
    10/11 No. 4 LSU 5-1 (3-1) W 51-21
    10/25 Kentucky 6-1 (4-1) W 63-5
    11/01 @ No. 6 Georgia 7-1 (5-1) W 49-10
    11/08 @ Vanderbilt 8-1 (6-1) W 42-14

^^^ Now that is a schedule. I doubt we'll make it out of that game alive if it ends up being AL vs FL

    Lookin good Gators :nice:

    Texas Tech

    8/30 Eastern Washington 1-0 (0-0) W 49-24
    9/06 @ Nevada 2-0 (0-0) W 35-19
    9/13 Southern Methodist 3-0 (0-0) W 43-7
    9/20 Massachusetts 4-0 (0-0) W 56-14
    10/04 @ Kansas State 5-0 (1-0) W 58-28
    10/11 Nebraska 6-0 (2-0) W 37-31 OT
    10/18 @ Texas A&M 7-0 (3-0) W 43-25
    10/25 @ No. 23 Kansas 8-0 (4-0) W 63-21
    11/01 No. 1 Texas 9-0 (5-0) W 39-33
    11/08 No. 9 Oklahoma State 10-0 (6-0) W 56-20

    Again that's looking good.

If we get to the SEC championship I think Alabama as a whole will be happy. Saban said himself that he never expected to win more than 5-6 games given this is a 2nd year team.

We have some damned good players with a lot of freshman mixed in. I'll miss John Parker Wilson :(

Why is Florida's schedule so tough? They play LSU and Georgia and the rest are mediocre. LSU was at home and the Georgia game was a neutral field if you call Jacksonville neutral.

Imo there are 3 good teams in the SEC and 1 descent one. The rest are no better than the middle of any other conference.

Florida and Alabama are great. Georiga is good and LSU is decent. The SEC is VERY top heavy.

I'm just comparing those scores to what Alabama scored against LSU and Georgia.

I think we're f'd if we play Florida but I'll be screaming anyway!
