Complete Moates Quarterhorse package w/ laptop

I've got a moates quarterhose chip for any eec-iv ecu. Along with Binary Editor tuning software and EEC analyzer datalogging software.
Because you can't transfer the programs, I'll include the laptop I have the programs loaded on to. It's an Acer aspire 3800.

I'd like to get $425 for everything. No reasonable offer refused.
