I know Noobz, and you know I love you too. I would never really wish that you'd eat a white crusty dog load........ well at least not w/o heating it up first.
The wheels were a great touch. Other then that secret spaghetti bowl its almost perfect. I think it would have really set the front end off if you were able to incorporate a chrome bumper on front like the 60's stangs had.
Yeah, I thought about it, but I like my "R"" front end. Thinking I'm gonna go in a different direction. I am thinking I wanna build a splitter as an add-on front spoiler like NASCAR, spanning the front end across the width of the lower valance w/ a hinge system and adjustable struts. Think I'll make it out of some layered composite/foam construction. My only hesitation is that it will stray from the theme,..I'm not too worried about that though. And where'd you get that stodgy pic of a "concept" version of the 67/68 body style change?
Said it before and I'll say it again....your car looks awesome, the new wheels do really set it off!!
This is the one that's on the '12 Boss 302 Laguna Sega. It would require some sort of "transitional" design from my curved lower valance to the flat bottom plate to make it work.
Stop!! you're makin' my car look bad. See though, that lower valance is more like a late model, and already looks like the pic I linked, w/o the struts.
Yeah... it's a much more subtle spoiler than what someone thinks about. Usually, folks picture the Boss spoiler in their minds.
