does anyone know how hard it is to swap an aod to a 5 speed, if so is there any write up on it cause im looking at a 4cyl aod car and i want to convert it to 302 or 351 5 speed.

There are lots of write ups for it. I have one saved at home so don't do me no good now. Just search and you should be able to find one

There is an awful lot of stuff to change to do the job right. Brakes, fuel pump,
electronics(if you keep it fuel injected) front springs, probably the entire rear axle if it only has a 7.5, engine mounts(dah). Etc.
For all the trouble it is to truely do the job right in my eyes it is worth the time and money to hunt down a true V8 car to begin with.
