Has anybody installed custom or aftermarket foglights? I had been running some OLD piaa 1700x fogs mounted up in the stock location on my '96 GT until one of the bulbs burnt out and I have been unable to find a replacement. Ended up getting a steal on a set of Hella FF75 fogs but they require a top or bottom mount so I won't be able to utilize the stock bracket in any way.
Of course the two easiest options would be mounting to the front bump cover either hang down on the bottom or in the grille area next to the pony emblem; neither of which appeal much to my tastes or needs. At this time I plan to try to make them work in the stock locations but I will need to make a trip to the hardware store to try to find some type of angle or flatstock which I can use to rig a mounting bracket off the impact bumper (to replace the stock bracket). Mostly I was wondering who all has been down this road before and what your solutions looked like?
