Datalogging question - Is this normal?

Hi,

I hooked my laptop up to my 2008 GT using my xcal2 today to try some datalogging for the first time today. I've been battling an issue with some slight pinging at 4000rpm with a higher octane tune on the gas around here. My tune was tweaked back and is working fine now but I wanted to investigate some since it had to be tweaked back a fair bit.

I chose the CYL1_KNK_THRES through CYL8. (Knock Threshold Cylinder PID)

Should all 8 of these have readings coming back?

My datalog has CYL3,5 and 8 with a reading of 0, it never changes.

My CYL1,2,4,6 and 7 bounce up and down from 17 to 24.

I guess my two questions are:

1) Should all 8 be returning back data? It would seem to me like they should.

2) What are normal readings for the CYL#_KNK_THRES PID's?
Should the number be bouncing around from 17 to 24 or should it be a steady number or should they all be 0?

(It did this with both stock tune/air intake and my c&l/brenspeed tune)

The car is under warranty so if there is something wrong, I want to make sure to get it into the shop if needed and have some ammunition with me when I walk in.

Thanks in advance.
