Delete what wires?

Im going from EFI to Carb... Which wires on the DRIVERS side can i delete? I still want headlights/Foglights which are on driver's side.. What wires can i just undo and pull all out? Anyone on here do this? The passenger side wiring harness i just pulled all out. I think that's ok right?

Get a ford wiring manual for your year car.
Messing with any wires without it would be a big mistake.

I did it a few times but this last time, I didn't cut anything. I just ran the wires straight from the hole in the firewall into the hole where the break line runs and then tied them off at the spot where the big canister cruise thing (used to be for me) is. I ran the headlight wires behind the strut and down the frame.
