I feel it is better to keep threads open to discussion. That way any misconseptions can be eliminated and a better general understanding of the issue is obtained.

I only close threads/ban when the personal attacks start, :nice:

Very articulately stated. This is one forum where the communication and idea exchange is open and progressive. There have been multiple threads in various venues where I have seen a melding of information, in an honest, respectful and technical manner. Through educated exchanges of information, we all learn a little more and become a little more educated.

I am glad that the mods don't lock the threads unless absolutely necessary. :nice:

Since we are working on calculations now, I was just wondering how we safely seat 5 people in the Stang with only 4 safety restraints. Dude... You got women on your lap again? :D

Regressing again my friend. From lap dances to a midget in the middle. :nonono: :D

For the sake of not causing you anymore "heat", I will just say. THAT HAD BETTER NOT BEEN A CHILD! If it was. Please, please, please don't do it again. Small children make really good fly projectiles when unrestrained in a GT going 80 MPH over a "Steve McQueen" bump. A'ight! :nice:

Here's a pic of mine lowered. I cut one coil off the front and 2 off the back. Also installed a BMR adjustable pan-hard bar out back.

I couldn't be happier. The ride is a little stiffer, but that was expected.

Nope it wasn't a child just a small adult female and I drive slow with passengers in the car :)

As far a getting heat for my "ghetto mod", I can take it. The way I see it if you don't want to do it then don't and this guide is useful if you buy after market springs to install yourself also. I'm not forcing anyone to cut their springs but it does work and is perfectly safe if done properly.

bullitt1609, Looks nice. Good job! :nice:

yeah, it isn't a vette but the least you could do is drop a few hundred on some good springs. i spent liek 1200 on coilovers alone and it was worth every cent.

i just would expect to see this on hondatech.com, not stangnet. guess ya learn something new every day.
