I get what your saying but I'm reminded how little gain you get in boost (actual psi) vs. temperature when you spin outside of the efficiency range. It's compounded with PD blowers in that one revolution displaces (in this case) 2.1L of air. The faster you spin, the more effect there is on that displacement (it becomes less and less the higher you go, of course) and the heat increase and air displaced are no longer proportional. To the OP: I dunno... Had I the time and talent to do what you have done, I don't think I could even consider adding meth. That intercooler would be my reason for NOT using it. Either way...
