Do I have to do anything to activate the "lifetime" warranty on Tokico's shock/struts

I purchased them from a dealer off ebay and I didn't see any type or warranty card in the packaging, so I am not sure if sheerly owning them constitutes the warranty? I would assume I would have to fill out some sort of proof of purchase or at least a warranty card verifying the new purchase date....

Anybody know what the official procedure for this is?
