Im in the process of putting in a t5 in my 67 mustang. Do I need a spacer plate or is it called a block plate? I just found out that my c4 plate doesnt fit on the new tranny. Someone please let me know.

Yes, you will need the block plate, as it is what locates the starter in the correct location. Be aware that there are a few different block plates, depending upon the diameter of the flywheel used. I`m pretty sure that any T5 5.0 block plate will work with the stock size 157 tooth flywheel.
