Do I Need Lca Relocation Brackets Based On This Pic?

I was thinking of getting some LCAs and relocation brackets but after doing some research I'm not sure if I need them. The car is lowered an inch and the LCAs look about level. I was in a hurry to take the pic so its not the greatest.

I don't have wheel hop but traction sucks and first gear is impossible to use full throttle without wheelspin no matter how much you baby it first. I have decent tires on there as well. how much of an angle should I have and if I go too far will it hurt anything else like handling? I don't care about a rougher ride.

Shouldn't cause any major issues. Really need to see whole LCA from point to point to understand which angle it is making.

They need to be A) parallel to the ground or B) pointing down towards the ground (towards the axle of the car) a little like Sparta said.

If they are pointed up towards the rear of the car, this is a problem... the wheels need force to pull down on them via the LCAs to maintain traction.
