If it's a stock 91 5.0HO, from that production era, then it's forged. If it's been rebuilt, or it's a crate motor from some random company, it may not be.
I bet the reason Ford switched to Hypereutectic while still producing the fox chassis was because they once they realized Hyper's were cheaper, but still worked, and since they planned on using them for the upcoming SN-95's, they used up whatever forged were left, then started with the hypers, to save themselves money.
