Do they make ford re-tooling rear quarter panels?

Do they make ford re-tooling rear quarter panels? If so, who sells them. If not, are the repo's any good. I remember hearing that the repo front fender were not that great, but the re-tooled ones were awesome.

I know scott drake doesnt sell a re-tooled quarter panel. They sell repros that fit great.
