Does any body here NOT have the infamous front suspension thunk?

    I installed a complete roush suspension kit and the clunk is still there!

    Springs will not fix this problem. Roush suspension will not fix this problem. You all are not replacing the strut MOUNT (or bearing in the mount) that is causing this problem. :nice:

    I agree with poopdawg.
    The upper strut mount is a one time use part, so when
    you take the front struts off you need to replace it.
    The ford service manual says this. Check it out for yourself.

    Used to have it but not anymore. Went and got it fixed for free since it was (and is?) a TSB.

    No noises here either. I have H&R springs and Bilstein struts/shocks but still have the factory strut bearings.

    totally stock 07 GT here, with about 1000 miles. I haven't heard any clunking during low speed turns.
