Door Lock Issue

I've searched everywhere and I don't see the exact issue I'm having.
2012 GT

Drivers side door locks will unlock by the door switch but not lock.
Passenger side door won't work at all.

Remote only works for the trunk and probably the panic button too just don't want to try it.

Fuse is good and I just cleaned the contacts on the remote.

Would it really be both door actuators?
