Double Sump Question

Ok, say you've changed the oil in your stang and made sure you drained the oil at both the rear and the front sumps. Has anyone ever had an issue where they forgot to drain the front sump or didn't drain it all the way, thinking they did, and end up having too much oil in the crankcase afterwards? And, if this did happen, what problems would it cause?

Off the top of my head;
1. your oil is dirty from the get go
2. If you just blindly put 5qts in, you promote excessive oil slinging, windage, lose some power.
