efi convertion

I am converting my 1965 mustang into efi using 1989 mustang as my donor is a running car . searshing for info in this forum I found info that was about the wiring harness Ism12071-c302 wiriring instalation manual and is alot of help. but the wires are not the same color on the brown plug that go into the car . maybe the model are diffrent .if any body know how to cross referens the color . can you help me thanks .
