Look at what he's doing. 1. Wants to raise taxes on small business and families earning more that 250k during a recession. 2. Wants to increase capital gains taxes during a recession. 3. Wants to make charitable contributions non-deductible for those earning more than 250k per year during a recession. 4. Wants to saddle our energy and manufacturing sectors with crippling Cap and Trade BS fines during a recession. These are 4 of many examples. He is either THAT freakin stupid (I don't think anyone's that stupid) or he wants to tank the economy of our country. What do you guys think? Personally, I think he's an evil bastard who wants a totalitarian regime.
That's the response I would expect from an uneducated hit and run DRONE like yourself. Thanks for not letting me down.
Lets just say you're right for argument's sake. Does that excuse Obama for making things worse? So I guess anything that happens from now on is Bush's fault. I agree things were going downhill, but Obama's decisions just made that hill much more steep, which also means the climb back up is going to be even more difficult. Trying to excuse Obama with Bush is weak. At least Bush took responsibility, even when I think there were times where he would have been more than justified to point the finger at congress.
What about the role of Congress? He couldn't do anything without them. The congress got the approval ratings in a single digit for a reason. Maby Bush started the hole, but Obama is busy digging it deeper.
Way to ignore the post right above you. As stated, what if we agree that he screwed things up. This doesn't excuse that he has spent money faster than any president, he outspent the war which took Bush 7-8 years to rack up, he beat that in his first 30 days. Or his taxation ideas, or the fact that everytime he speaks the market dips lower. Guess what RedFoxGT, it's possible to dislike BOTH Bush AND Obama...
Actually Clinton's policies forcing banks to give mortgages to people who have no business getting mortgages is more at fault then most of what bush did. And let us not forget that Wars actually Stimulate the economy.. Dr.
Not to mention we're all racists because we didn't vote for Obama. You're really turning out to be a one trick pony.
Don't forget the housing bubble was caused by subprime morgages which was a democratic plan because "everyone deserves a house" even if they can't afford it. Bush and other republicans tried to put a restriction on this in 2004 but the dems said it was an attempt to deny housing to the poor and even "racist". It was both thier faults. Bush should have pushed it harder. The dems were in power of the congress and saw this but did nothing. Maby they saw it comming and did nothing because they knew it would pop under Bush and make him look bad... or maby they are just so incompetent. Bush is one man.... Congress is several hundreds of people, you would think they would catch it. I think it is proof that the goverment manipulating the free market is a bad idea. Yeah, temparary relief that will have longterm consequences. Great. Too bad most of it is to expand goverment. Explain how any of this spending relieves most people. Yeah, what this country needs... more goverment. Please. The goverment can't even fix social security. When the goverment does fix one problem, they creat at least two more problems.... and so the cycle goes.
frickin Obama is trying to lead us to a Comie regieme. its what he and his colleges have been doing in the senate and now he is the pres. guess I should get used to calling u all "comrade" now
Thats just an excuse. Bush tried the first bailout... didn't work did it? What choices do we have? Lets see..... in 2000 it was Bush vs. Gore. Come on, that was bad enough. In 2004 what did the dems come up with? Kerry, a french elitist pompador snot that was even married to a foriener? Now in 2008, Obama (which libs love) but on the republican side MCCAIN... WTF???? McCain was no republican. I wish Huckabee or Romney was the nominee. I drove a semi durring that time period, never saw any support for McCain until after he was announced the nominee. Then good gosh golly darnit they pair him up with Palin. I think she is actually better than McCain, but she wasn't ready, she was too focused on Alaska, which anyone that has been there can tell you is a different world. Oh yeah, Alaska can handle it's buisness better than California. They don't have money problems and not nearly the crime.
Yep. Every time Obama talks about anything economic, the dow drops another 200 points.. Can we see the dow hit 6000? YES WE CAN!!
Yeah, got that right. All I heard durring that election is how historical and great it woud be to have a black president. How about a Native American president, that is one group the deserves it more than anyone. Thier land was stolen from them and the blacks have had a cakewalk compared to what they have been through. Blacks never went through death marches to the wastelands nor were they ever actually ordered to be eliminated. In fact, thier land is still stolen from, the land we are sitting on right now. Read your history, although there is an attempt to overwrite it. I guess native americans don't whine enough. Oh, and about a native american president.... we might see that, check out Bobby Jindal. Oh, how I can see 2012 get interesting. You know what group is going to get behind thier man Obama, and you know who all is going to get behind Jindal if that happens.
Oops, Indian American, heard native american on TV, tells what you can trust. Not really following this recent GOP stuff latley. Well he's as much native american as obama is black. Nice use of the word Retarded, you are so politically correct, explain that to the mentally disabled. It's amazing how liberals do that, only they can use racial slurs and such. Your IQ dropped 40pts... any lower I'll have to water you.
