I have a 95 mustang gt that has a short that is draining my battery over night so i used the old method by unhooking the hot side of the battery post and using a test light hooked between the hot side of the battery to the hot side terminal and the light on my test light was on dim so i pulled each fuse under the dash one by one and no change so i moved to the fuse box under the hood and i started to pull the fuses one buy one and i found one that made the test light blink on and off but never went out and that fuse goes to the alternator so i put the fuse back in and unhooked all the wires to the alternator and it did the same thing and i left the wires off the alternator and pulled the fuse and still the same and the alternator is charging the battery no lights no nothing so if anybody has any ideas please let me know i really need the help thanks
