My car has no airbags and since it has no airbags, all the wiring to the steering wheel was eliminated(including horn). My "splash guard" on the front passenger's side is also gone and I can see some small cubed on top of the tire and was wondering what they were. I'm asking you all of these are the controls to the cruise control and if they're not, where could I find them to get rid of them?
