Engine Build up

Putting a motor together for the eventual completion of my project. So far it's a 05 Ford Racing block with hypatech forged pistons, E303 cam with Edelbrock Performer RPM heads and intake with a holley 650 double pumper. Got all the parts at a good price, but not sure what type of power I'll get. I'm assuming a little more than the stock 289 2V

Where do you want this build to perform it's best; street warrior/cruiser, street/strip, or strip?
Selecting one, will decide what go-fast parts to use. That is, if you are looking for the best performance for your money.

I was hoping for a bit of a street warrior/cruiser, but I'm thinking the 650 is to much carb. They guy threw it in for free basically, but not sure I need that much.

that carbs fine. how many cubes? use a dual plane intake perf.rpm/stealth etc.
