Engine Fail Safe Mode Again

I'm having an issue with my 05 GT going in to the " Engine Fail Safe Mode" when I
jump on it and run her hard? the car will only go about 5 Mph and when I shut
the Motor off and start it up again it will run OK? I put my Code reader on it and
it said it Passed with No Codes? How is this possible? there has to be a reason
why this happens. It sucks having to drive my car and Not have any fun. Does,
anybody have an idea what the problem may be? I only have minor after market
Hi-Perf parts BBK Throttle Body, C&L Intake W/ Tune, MSD Coils and BBK
under drive pulleys and all of these parts have been on for years with No issues
until recently.

Is the TPS(throttle position sensor) the stock one?

Try unhooking the battery to reset the ECU. If that does not work, replace the TPS.

Most likely BBK TB, there have been many reported issues with them.
