Exhaust muffler fitment

Hi all, I have a bassani exhaust system on my vert. The passenger muffler hangs very low compared to the driver side muffler. I took it to an exhaust shop and they said mustangs usually have offset mufflers (my mufflers have center entrance and exit). Is this true? Any idea on what offset I would need?

Yes they are offset. It shouldnt matter though. Check for a broken or missing hanger.
