matthiasj...These are the tools i use to do mine...a meaty Carbide rotary file and I use some mounted stones and a sandpaper butterfly to smooth things out...One of the intake/head kits out of Eastwood or SA would work to....Hope you have air??

Mine was a 96 U/L setup..
I would at least gasket match it...there's alot of mis-match there...

Watch the elbow if your running one...the transition is wack...I had to really blend both the upper & elbow for a nice flowpath...Mine was Mac elbow...the finish inside was horrendous to say the least...Where the elbow met the upper was another spot that really "crashed" so to say...I ground my ass off... :D
Seems like your set on the vac feed...def no shortage of feeds on yours... :D
you only need 3 vac feeds once the PCV is done....

i'm going to get to work on the intake soon/paint and stuff. I might try my hand at gasket matching it, and yes i have oodles of air tools. I got a FMS elbow, and the casting is beautiful...its very nice, i havent checked fitment yet, but it looks good. I'll probably hit you up about the gasket matching.
