Except it's all stupid looking around the dot matrix at the top of the rear window. I decided to take a few candid shots at my garage, which isn't the best area for photos, but there aren't many places near me that I was willing to drive to for glamour shots. Yeah, I need to learn some detailing techniques, because my car never cleans up as sharp looking as half of the cars I see on here. Especially Killy's.... :D

I'm seriously considering getting a saleen front bumper, and can't decide what hood would look cool with it. Maybe a subtle 2" cowl...

5% on the back window, and the rear quarters. 20% on the doors. I'm thinking of getting a strip of black vinyl for the top of the rear window to cover the dot matrix, but that might end up looking worse.

Eibach Saglines with some homemade spacers. I need to do shocks and struts real bad.

Okay. Yeah those springs suck, but the stance looks good. But it might be those 315s out back setting off the look.

As far as the dot matrix goes, it can be tinted over. You just have to find somebody who knows what he is doing. The guy that tinted my mustang knows his stuff. It came out great. No bubbles or peeling at all.

I've done a little highway. The gears are alot of fun, but they make first gear almost useless. I take off in second alot when I'm just running errands or whatnot. I can pull pretty good in 5th now, not like it's something I would do often anyways. The car does drop off pretty furiously though at top end, when my tach is maxed. I don't know what my speed is compared to my RPM yet, because I don't have a speedcal yet, but soon!

Heh, I'm not allowed to have any on my front windows at all...
I usually cruise with the windows down anyways :D

A cop pulled me over in my Ranger once, which came with 5% on the rear window, and the extended cab windows, and said my tint was illegal. I asked why, and he said it's an obstruction of vision. I asked him why big rigs and conversion vans without rear windows weren't illegal, and got a fixer upper ticket :notnice:

if you want what you can do on the top of the rear window is go outside on a sunny day cut the tint with a razor along the first line on your de-fogers on the back window and peal the top layer of tint off. then get paint prep and wipe down the area. tape it all off and just use a 5 dollar can of flat black spray paint on it. you wont be able to tell a differnce. that is what is done on mine and i have 5% on the back and looks good.

This is reason why I haven't tint my window yet. I haven't found any tint shop that can gimmie straight answer about dot matrix.

I useally get answer , when i ask, like
"Ya.. dotmatrix....it'll be fine i think " or something like that:nonono:
