I have a catted x-pipe that is being harder to sell than I thought it would be. My friend has a Lincoln Mark VII LSC with the 302 Windsor, my question is would the headers and x pipe from a Mustang line up properly with his Lincoln?

It should line up....they are basically the same car underneath. Is your CSR automatic or stick ? Either way it shouldn't take a lot to make it fit.

The headers ( if shortys ) will work for sure ( I've done it ). The exhaust matters on where the hangers are. As far as I remember they are exactly the same as foxes. The wheel base is wider and I believe a couple inches longer ( like 94- 98 ). They use the same AOD trans so I think the hangers are in the same location. If your car is a 5 speed there could be differences in the way the pipes are bent. Shorty headers are exactly the same regardless of stick or auto, long tubes sometimes aren't.
