Fixed the TPS, NO difference.

So i put in a new Tps and set it at .97 volts idling.
It has no effect on my problem.
My car is still has NO Power and is back firing and poping when i let off of the gas "more then normal".
I have no power!!
When I had the hood onpen and i was revving the motor their was this "Electrical poping sound" It sounded like a migwelder, coming from the vicinity under the T/B. I have no idea what this is or if it is even related to my problem.
The motor sounds healthy, it idles a little rough though "a little more then normal".
I can get on it and it does not go anywhere. The motor just slowly revvs up as the car gains speed. It accelerates a little better when at full throttle but not much. I can barly spin the tires in i drop the clutch in first.
I am geting terible gas mileage aswell.

I really Need some help with this.

There are some things I suggest need to be checked.

- Were the codes cleared or ECM reset?
- Fuel pressure needs to checked (gauge is needed)
- Test drive and re-scan for codes
- Timing check (with & w/out SPOUT connector)
- Physically check EGR valve to make sure is closed
- Check FP regulator vacuum line, to make sure is not leaking fuel thru it
- Any noticeable exhaust flow restrictions?
