My little town of Suwanee, GA was named the 10th best place to live in the U.S. for 2007 by Money magazine... So you Jersey boys who were talking trash bout redneck and po dunk GA where there was nothing to do read that article, there are nice places in GA. http://money.cnn.com/galleries/2007/moneymag/0707/gallery.BPTL_top_100.moneymag/10.html and a link to my town's homepage for some other pictures, the one they show doesn't show anything. http://suwanee.com/ The pics are here, just scroll down through them http://suwanee.com/whatsnew.photoalbum.php
Ok but you can't deny that the majority of the state is full of hicks.....i've been through there plenty of times and there are two things you can guarantee that you WILL SEE going through any part of GA: those nasty boiled peanuts or whatever they are.... and....Mexicans...lots and lots of our Hispanic neighbors
grey 5.0 can you check your pm's for me. im looking for that tail. no rush im just asking on an update.
Theres a difference between being a hick and having a southern accent......... There are also far more black people in GA then there are mexicans. I rarely see mexicans when Im not near a construction site. BTW boiled peanuts are awesome.
....wait a minute, let me get this straight - somebody from Jersey is talkin' smack about the state of Georgia....BWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh that's a good one. I just moved to Buford, GA which is next to Suwanee. I lived in Springfield, PA just outside of Philly for 9 years. I worked in Mt. Laurel, NJ and am more than happy to never have to go to Jersey again. It gets even worse the further north in Jersey you go. Scary! Check out Jersey City - enough said! Oh Camden is a virtual utopia AAAAAAHAHAHAHA! The Jersey shore - what a "vacation spot"!
New Jersey isn't that bad. Mt Laurel sucks tho. Try going up to the Delaware water gap area if you want beautiful scenery.
I don't like the idea of being in the stereotypical "deep south" but I'd take it over the big Jersey cities/areas any day. I'm a big town/small city kinda guy. I can't stand huge cluster****s of people and cars 24/7. Other than that and funny driving laws I currently have no gripes with Jersey. Oh, except they seem to have novelty gas station signs. I got off the highway in search of gas which was said to be a mile or two away, and ended up following the signs to the gas station for about 7 miles before I gave up in fear of running out of gas before I could find another one
LOL my town is number 65. I wouldn't tell anybody to move here to many yankees down here now, trying to get into racing.
oh dam, well it aint my town but Loisville CO ranked #3 spot, That town is next to other towns, well its actualy a suburb of denver but I would have never of thought. I live about 15 miles south of there but I think I would still consider it part of the city.
Its funny when people talk about jersey and they talk all about the city areas as being dirty...of course the cities are dirty, the cities in your state are dirty too...I just dont get it...
