Ford 70 mm Throttle Body

Just a question for those that know. I installed a Ford 70 mm TB from a 5.4, it is NOT FRPP. There is a little more power and the exhaust tone changed (very cool) but the RPM's "hang" for several seconds at about 1,200 rpm's before it goes to 800. It is a little annoying. Will a dyno-tune cure this or is this permanent? I'm tempted just to get a real FRPP 70 mm TB. I guess this is a cheap experiment. Thanks.

I got the same problem with mine. I'm going to get mine custom tuned with the predator and hopefully that will fix it.

well if you just put it one, it will hang untill the computer gets use to it... in a day or 2 see if it still hangs.
