As if the StangNet/CDC Glassback GT500 (http://www.stangnet.com/GT500-Project.html) wasn't enough, the Ford Mustang designers in Dearborn have decided to make it a widespread phenomenon. That's correct--the new Mustang will be offered with a $2000 glass roof option, situating the glass-laden pony between the cost of a coupe and a convertible. Like what you see? It is fixed glass, which means it can't be opened nor removed. :(

IMHO, I would have rather Ford spend its design resources on a "hard" convertible top.
