Ford Show and Drags

I didn't go last year but several people from the DelMarVa Cougar Club went. Here's a link to some (mostly Cougar) pics from last year's show; http://www.dcconline.org/Show_Photos/Mason_Dixon_2005/. Apparently this show is a lot of fun and it's a great opportunity to run on a good dragstrip.

Personal opinion about drag racing: If you consider yourself a hot rodder, you should run your car on the track occasionally. Everybody loves to speculate about how fast their car is, and anyone who buys a performance car has at least a few "racing genes" in their DNA. So here's a chance to release the inner predator....

LOL, that's what I'm worried about too... how do I get the Cat home if I break something on the drag strip? But what the hell, racing your driver is old school racing at its best!
and it is my daily driver too. your right. I did race my old mustang and I did have to drive it home with no gears higher than 2nd (automatic) so that kinda got me scared. Maybe I'll make a few passes.:nice:
