Just added more boost, 13lb on the novi 1000..... Meth Kit..... and converted from an auto to a built t-56,MGW shifter, billet flywheel/ spec stge 3+ clutch. We had to add a Diablo Mafia too, the lightning maf was pegged. Also added a boost a pump to the 255 because that was holding it back as well. Still on stock gears but I want to drive it before I make a decision on what I will go with. I don't want anything to aggressive because I don't want to just have em go up in smoke whenever I get on it. This car will be on the street, not track.

I won't have a chance to drive it until I go to chicago, where my guy who does work on it for me lives, until turkey day but I'm pretty excited. For those of you that know me on here I know it won't be even close to my vette but this car is my baby....my first car I ever bought...I can't wait to get behind the wheel with the extra power. I have a stock block and once that goes who knows..... all forged plus a novi 2000? we'll see....my guy said it should live for a while at these numbers with the meth.

Here is what I started doing a few months ago....

Nice numbers! Glad to see that your 2v is running well.... though not near as fast as your FRC. Shoot me a PM if you get some time and let me know how the other car is coming together, and what your mechanic found with it.

    Again, congrats on the numbers

Nice numbers! Do you have an intercooler? I wonder why mine put out more torque than yours? Seems kinda odd, wonder if it has to do with the fmic or Lt headers....

No intercooler. Talking with my builder it was a meth or intercooler decision. Both would allow me to up the boost to where I wanted but he ultimately felt the block would be safer with the meth. Adding both he felt were just not necessary at this point. Plus, he felt there was no point in putting money into an intercooler if I go forged soon and possibly add a different blower.

as for the tq.......I have no idea... Long Tube vs Shorties  I was going to change that as well but he just felt I didn't need anymore horse thatn we'd have with this latest round on the stock 60k block.

winters, I'll send you an email later, car is still "bucking" under 2k in the first 3 gears, it's not the tune..... whats happening with your car? you had a rear end problem?
